TRAINING METHODS

AELC offers a 4 dimensional learning methodology

Concept learning,

The delegates learn various technicalities through classroom lectures wherein various theoretical and practical aspects are discussed.

Practical sessions,

Practical classes follow theoretical sessions where delegates practice the concept discussed before.

Online learning,

The delegates are encouraged to go through the depth of every application, and various different results are obtained through possible manipulations with the application.

 Real Life Examples

Delegates are encouraged to bring their office work and try to get results on computer and streamline it to get maximum efficiency out of it. This exercise teaches them to apply the theoretical concepts to a given real life situation.

DURATION OF THE COURSE

The total duration is approximately 120 hours, this will generally involve 1 ½ hour sessions per day over a period of 4 to 6 months. Schedules may very from office to office and depend upon the choice of number of classes per week and duration.
